We so enjoyed meeting Samantha and seeing Amy, Josh and Jacob.  It was so nice to spend the day with them.  They are the cutest family.

The first day we arrived in Minnesota Jason and I drove to Grand Rapids and had a great time at Tom's cabin.  It was so wonderful to see Jo and Tom and spend time with them.  We shot some guns of Tom's as you can see from the pictures and then had an awesome dinner.  Tom shot off some fireworks for us and then we slept in the outdoor screened porch on the pullout couch.  It was such a nice time,  Jason and I would just like to have more time to spend with them next time we visit.



Bella's now a big 10 year old girl! I can't believe how grown up she is looking.  Not to mention that Cory is 12 and going to be 13 in November.  It makes me feel so old that they are growing up.

Life has been busy and yet boring at the same time for the last few weeks.  Jason comes home on Friday after being in Florida for three weeks.  This is the first time that he has left me since we moved here.
 Last month my work partner Mary moved to Connecticut to be with her family, and three of my six babies in class moved up to the toddler room.  I have one new child so far and have another starting on Monday, both baby boys.
My best friend Amy had a baby girl last Thursday. Her name is Samantha. I have been struggling with not being able to be there to meet Amy and Josh's new baby.
Lastly, my aunt Kathy was diagnosed with PML.  The doctor gave her 3-6 months to live.  PML is similar to MS, where there is a shutting down of the body.  I'm so sad to know that my aunt isn't going to be in my life as long as I would like.
So with all that has been going on in life right now, I have been a little bit stressed out.....

Jason is coming home Friday and I can't wait to spend time with him.  We are planning a trip to Minnesota in June and I can't wait to see all of my family but especially Bella who is turning ten, Samantha, and my Aunt.  I am also hoping that Krissy will visit at the same time.

This weekend Jason and I had a great time having dinner on Friday night with my mom, dad, and Colleen.  We then sang some songs at Sullivan's for karaoke :) Saturday mom and dad went back to Minnesota so we had to say goodbye for now :(......
After they left we packed our bags and drove into Baltimore for opening baseball weekend. The Oriole's played the Twins so it was a little hard for Jason and I to decide which team to cheer for.  We decided that while we were at the Oriole's home field we will cheer for the Oriole's. But when we are at the Target field we will cheer for the Twins.  I still had to get a little excited when I saw Mauer and Morneau up for bat.  The games were tons of fun :)

This weekend has been awesome!!! My sister and mom are visiting from Minnesota! It has been so much fun shopping and hanging out together. Today we went to DuClaws for lunch and visited with Colleen and Matt (friends). It was really fun to see them. Tomorrow I have Professional Development Day..... which means that while mom and angel are relaxing I get to be lectured for hours :(

This is my first blog for our family. We have had a fun weekend. We went to DC on Saturday and went to the portrait gallery and to Fuddruckers for our early valentines dinner. Our Sunday has not been nearly as fun.... Jason has had the stomach flu :( I am feeling a little guilty because I think I probably gavehim the bug from school. he is feeling better this evening which I am grateful for, but I hope that I don't get it now.... I start my after work care for two of my kids from school tomorrow and will enjoy spending more time with them, they are such a nice family and boys. Wish us luck this week as we hope for our health. Mom and Angel will be arriving on Thursday and I can't wait to spend the weekend with them!!!!
